The reason is eggs are packed with a variety of nutrients including protein, zinc, iron and vitamins A, D, E and B12, but contain just 80 calories each. So, if you have eggs in breakfast then it will control your appetite and you will intake less food in rest of the day. According to new research from the Rochester Center for Obesity in America, eating eggs in breakfast could help to limit your calorie intake throughout the rest of the day, by more than 400 calories.
Earlier advice was to limit eggs to a less number in each week but according to the food standards agency there is no limit in number of eggs per week. Another advantage is you can cut calories without feeling hungry.
